Pallet Handling Conveyors

Pallet handling conveyors are designed to transport full or half-height pallets containing empty glass, plastic, or metal containers into the depalletizer. Ska Fabricating offers several options to enhance productivity in your facility, including gravity roller conveyors and powered chain or roller conveyors. Our conveyors can be customized to stage multiple pallets at the infeed, ensuring a continuous production flow. Additionally, Ska provides a pallet stacker that automatically manages empty pallets once processing is complete.

Powered Chain and Roller Conveyors

  • Allows one pallet stack to be staged at infeed
  • Automatically feeds staged pallets into the unit and discharges empty pallets
  • (2) 46″ x 60″ sections of roller conveyor at infeed
  • (1) 46″ x 60″ section of roller conveyor at outfeed
  • (1) section of chain conveyor located within pallet bay. Fit to lift carriage and pallet size
  • Pallet guides, photo eyes, logic, and controls included

  • Heavy-duty industrial powder-coated finish
  • 2-chain infeed with VFD’s
  • 24” wide scissor lift table with 2,000lb lift capacity
  • 4 – actuator “fingers” for holding stack
  • Easily placed photo-eye for stack height – Up to 10 high
  • Pallets discharge onto outfeed conveyor for easy removal
  • E-stop for operator safety
  • 110V or 220/440V/3Ph/60Hz, 80 psi air requirements
