FHP Automated Palletizing System

The FHP bulk palletizer system is designed to prepare pallets of empty plastic containers or aluminum cans measuring 44”W x 56”L x (up to) 110” tall. The unit is configured to handle the range of container/can sizes and speed of your line. 

The FHP automated palletizer efficiently palletizes lightweight plastic or metal containers. The palletizer operator is responsible for loading an empty pallet, starting the automatic sequence, securing pallet banding before and after completing the pallet build, placing slip sheets between layers, and removing the full pallet. Options to load/remove pallets and automatically place slip-sheet layers are available.

  • Product presets allow for tool-less product changeovers

  • 80-100 PSI clean air supply required – 2-3 CFM
  • User friendly HMI touch screen (7″ LCD) with auto/manual controls
  • Multicolor LED stack light indicator for pallet changeover and/or machine fault
  • Electrical panel safety disconnect/lockout and e-stop for operator safety
  • 480V/3 Phase/60Hz (additional voltages available)
  • 80-100 PSI clean air supply required – 2-3CFM
  • Fully integrated PLC with quick access diagnostic screen
  • Main screen shows how many layers are programmed and keeps count of how many layers have been stacked

Wipe Container

Does not show standard accumulation area now standard on the FHP Palletizer. This unit sweeps containers directly onto the palletizer.
