S & Z Side Grip Lowerators
The Ska Fabricating S and Z-Grip lowerators are an efficient way to safety decline your glass bottles/jars, plastic containers, aluminum and steel cans from high elevations. The small footprint saves valuable floor space and the tool-less adjustability makes line changeovers quick and easy. Elevation heights for containers entering side-grip (top) and discharging (bottom) are built to customer specifications. S-grip lowerators feature an ionized air rinse system.
Ska Fab offers mini s and z-grip lowerators for aluminum cans. We also offer an S & Z-Grip adjustable (width) and fully adjustable (width and height) option for glass, plastic, and metal containers.
Mini S and Z-Grip Lowerator
The mini S and Z-grip lowerators are designed to lower cans from the height of a depalletizer to the line level. The width of the side grips can be adjusted to accommodate various can sizes, including slim, sleek, standard, and stubby cans.
The mini S-grip lowerator includes an ionized air rinse system that cleans the cans as they descend.

S & Z-Grip Lowerators
The S and Z-grip lowerators are designed to lower glass, plastic, and metal containers from high elevations. The fully adjustable S & Z lowerator simplifies changeovers with an optional hand crank for width adjustment and a motorized screw drive for height adjustment.
Additionally, Ska offers a version of the S & Z-grip lowerator that adjusts the width (but not the height) using set collars.

- Electronic air-saver photo-eye shuts off air rinse when containers are not moving
- Independent enclosure with disconnect, e-stop, and start/stop control
