The FHM 1000 manual depalletizer efficiently unloads full-height pallets of metal or plastic containers, providing a cost-effective solution for production lines. It handles lightweight pallets of plastic or metal containers weighing up to 400 lbs and integrates easily into existing systems.

Pallet Loading Conveyance and Operator Platform
Gravity roller conveyors and operator platforms are our top options paired with the FHM 1000 depalletizer.
- Allows one pallet stack to be staged at the infeed
- (2) 46″ x 60″ sections of gravity roller conveyor at infeed
- (1) section of roller conveyor located within the pallet bay. Fit to lift carriage and pallet size

- Heavy-duty industrial powder-coated finish with safety yellow railing
- Safety access stairs, slip-resistant skidding, and kicker plates throughout

Choose a custom color for powder-coating the frame of the depalletizer. SKA uses RAL color numbers for powder-coating (shown in white in the picture). Black textured matte is our standard color (no charge).

Discharge Conveyance
Accumulation tables and conveyors are designed to hold and move your plastic containers, aluminum, and steel cans at different points during the conveying or packing process.

S & Z Side-Grip Lowerators
Ska Fab side-grip lowerators are an efficient way to safely decline your plastic and metal containers from high elevations. The small footprint saves valuable floor space and the tool-less adjustability makes line changeovers quick and easy. Elevation heights for containers entering side-grip (top) and discharging (bottom) are built to customer specifications.
